Jose Alvarado, 45, of Garnerville, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated over a blood-alcohol level of .18 percent and driving while intoxicated, misdemeanors. He was released to appear in Town Court.
A 35-year-old male of Paterson, N.J., was charged with disorderly conduct – obscene gestures, village code violations of peace and good order and an open-container violation, following two separate incidents. He was released on an appearance ticket for Village Court.

Joseph Rolon, 23, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony. He was arraigned and released to appear in Town Court.
Daniel Hargis, 45, of Warwick, was charged with second-degree criminal trespass, a misdemeanor, and third-degree criminal mischief, a felony. He was released to appear in Village Court.

Julio Cornejo, 31, of Hewitt, N.J., was charged with resisting arrest, third-degree attempted assault, misdemeanors, disorderly conduct and operation of a bicycle with electric assist while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, violations. He was released to appear in Village Court.
