    Harriman Village Police

    July 21

    Mychala Buxton, 36, of Monticello, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation: alcohol, a misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket for Sept. 22.

    Monroe Village Police

    July 21

    Sarah Garcia, 56, of Monroe, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Aug. 3.

    July 28

    David Kupatadze, 54, of Highland Mills, was charged with operating an improperly bonded vehicle for hire, a misdemeanor. He was released pending a future court appearance.

    Slawomir Gleba, 61, of Monroe, was charged with an open-container violation and released pending a future court appearance.

    Jonathan Richardson, 38, of Monroe, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony, third-degree assault, a misdemeanor, and harassment, a violation. He was released on an appearance ticket for Aug. 3.

    July 23

    Justin J. Hallas, 35, of Florida, was charged with two counts of petty larceny, two counts of third-degree forgery, two counts of possession of a forged instrument and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.

    July 24

    Joshua B. Fichtler, 32, of Ocean Township, N.J., was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released on his own recognizance.

    July 25

    Joshua Wharton, 36, of Milford, Pa., was charged with five counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, driving while intoxicated, misdemeanors, and fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: cocaine, a felony. He was sent to Orange County Jail.
