Angel G. Alvarez-Michel, 38, of Belleville, N.J., was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a felony, petty larceny, third-degree identity theft and third-degree unlawful possession of personal identification, misdemeanors. He was sent to Orange County Jail.
