    Jacquelyn M. England, 34, of New Windsor, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for May 4.

    Dany A. Rivas-Guzman, 21, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for May 4.

    April 24

    Morelia D. Fajardo-Osorio, 25, of Spring Valley, was charged with trespassing, a violation, and released on an appearance ticket for May 18.

    A 19-year-old male from Spring Valley was charged with trespassing, a violation, and released on an appearance ticket for May 18.

    Enver A. Kerimov, 53, of Monroe, was charged with having an improperly bonded vehicle for hire, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for May 18.

    Irakli Sopromadze, 41, of Chester, was charged with having an improperly bonded vehicle for hire, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for May 18.

    April 23

    William S.Kleiber, 36, of Monroe, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor, and sent to Orange County Jail.

    Joseph F. Mahoney, 68, of Harriman, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released to a third party.

    Gregory M. Hoke, 37, of Cornwall on Hudson, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released to a third party.

    April 24

    Angel G. Alvarez-Michel, 38, of Belleville, N.J., was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a felony, petty larceny, third-degree identity theft and third-degree unlawful possession of personal identification, misdemeanors. He was sent to Orange County Jail.

    April 25

    Rubin Brach, 42, of Kiryas Joel, was charged with forcible touching, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

    April 27

    Dylan M. Keogh, 29, of Middletown, was charged with fourth-degree stalking, a misdemeanor, and was released on bail bond.
