    Harriman Village Police

    Nov. 25

    Kevin Dias, 30, of Middletown, was charged with operation of a motor vehicle by an unlicensed operator, a misdemeanor. He was released on an appearance ticket.

    Nov. 24

    Juan Franzu Martinez, 41, of Highland Mills, was charged with operating an improperly bonded vehicle for hire, a misdemeanor. He was released on an appearance ticket for Dec. 20.

    Nov. 25

    Tiffanny Bencivengo, 28, of New Hampton, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08% or more, misdemeanors. She was released on an appearance ticket for Dec. 6.

    Humberto Nazario, 36, of Monroe, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Dec. 20.

    Marcos Moo Pop, 29, of Monroe, was charged with the misdemeanors of endangering the welfare of a child and third-degree attempted assault, and the violation of second-degree harassment. He was arraigned and released on his own recognizance.

    Davit Kashmadze, 55, of Monroe, was charged with operating an improperly bonded vehicle for hire, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Dec. 20.

    Fernando Garcia Gonzalez, 27, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08% or more, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket for Dec. 20.
