    Nov. 5

    Henry Santos-Gonzalez, 29, of Monroe was arrested on two bench warrants for criminal obstruction of breathing, third-degree assault, second-degree aggravated harassment, and second-degree unlawful imprisonment, misdemeanors. He was sent to Orange County Jail.

    Nov. 6

    Peter Brennan, 67, of Monroe was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Dec. 4.

    Nov. 9

    Edi Reyes-Arieta, 32, of Monroe was charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor, and sent to Orange County Jail.

    Patrice Weinglad, 56, of Warwick was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08% or more, misdemeanors. She was released on an appearance ticket for Dec. 4.

    Nov. 6

    John S. Orr, 59, of Pine Island, was charged with possession of an obscene performance by a child under 16, a felony. He was released on an appearance ticket.

    Nov. 9

    Brian J. Curley, 23, of Highland Lakes, N.J., was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood alcohol level of .08%, misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.

    Maria Sinchi, 24, of Richmond Hill was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony, and released on an appearance ticket.
