Jessica Garcia and Jeffrey D. Marinan to marry

MONROE — Freddy and Judith Garcia of Monroe announce the engagement of their daughter Jessica Garcia to Jeffrey D. Marinan of Cornwall, the son of Patricia Marinan of Cornwall.
The bride-to-be graduated from Monroe-Woodbury High School in 2005. She also is a graduate of Mount Saint Mary College. She received her bachelors of science degree in 2009 and her masters of business degree in 2011.
The groom-to-be graduated from Cornwall High School in 2005 and is a 2009 graduate of SUNY Rockland.
The couple is planning for a June 2014 wedding.
