Opposes O&R rate hike request

I appreciate the significant costs associated with doing business in New York State, as well as the unpredictable financial challenges that geography, weather, and market fluctuations present to the utility company. However, given the economic challenges that continue to face our County and our State, I believe this is the wrong time to propose a rate hike and urge the Commission to reject it in its entirety.
