Mayor Queenan: The clear choice is Giacomazza and Gomez
It’s that time of year when candidates running for office start spieling out their clichés about what is currently wrong and what they will do if elected.
Many say the same thing, whether it is factual or not.
Unfortunately, Village Trustees Anthony Mickolajczyk and Neil Crouse have decided not to seek reelection. I’ll take this opportunity to thank them for their service, but most of all for their work ethic and integrity.
One of the most important criteria when choosing a candidate is his/her character, integrity and commitment to the community.
There are only two candidates who meet that criteria possessing the character and integrity to represent the people of Woodbury: Jesus Gomez and Andrew Giacomazza meet that criteria.
So please join me on primary day, Thursday Sept. 13, by casting you vote for Andrew Giacomazza and Jesus Gomez to be your Republican candidates for Village of Woodbury Trustees in November.
Mayor Michael Queenan
