    Oct. 10 Kazi Hussain, 34, of the Bronx, was charged with operating a vehicle with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor, after a traffic stop. He was released on his own recognizance. Raymond Boccellari, 27, of Emerson, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, a misdemeanor, after he was involved in a motor vehicle accident. He was released on his own recognizance. Edgar Rivas, 35, of Monroe, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, a misdemeanor, and an arrest warrant from the Village of Goshen, after a traffic stop. He was released on $100 bail then turned over to the Village of Goshen Police. Jose Ferreira, 52, of Westwood, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, a misdemeanor, after a traffic stop. He was released on his own recognizance. Oct. 12 Jose Guardado-Serrano, 41, of Somerset, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, a misdemeanor, after being stopped at a commercial motor vehicle checkpoint. He was released on his own recognizance. Oct. 13 Emmy Stanley, 32, of Sloatsburg, was arrested on a misdemeanor arrest warrant issued by the Tuxedo Town Court after turning herself in. She was released on $400 bail. Oct. 15 Hector Robledel-Castillo, 27, of the Bronx, was charged with operating a vehicle with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor, after a traffic stop. He was released on his own recognizance.
