    Sept. 6 Yomelbin Lizardo, 24, of Manhattan, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, a misdemeanor, after a traffic stop. He was released on his own recognizance. Sept. 7 Aleksandr Kaminskiy, 28, of Monroe, was charged with operating a vehicle with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor, after a traffic stop. He was released on his own recognizance. Edgar Caballeros-Paredes, 28, of Bayonne, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, a misdemeanor, after being stopped at a commercial motor vehicle checkpoint. He was released on his own recognizance. Sept. 9 Michael Wille, 31, of New Orleans, La., was charged with loitering, a violation, after he was discovered sleeping in the locked bathroom of the Tuxedo Train Station. He was released on his own recognizance. Nikolai Schreiber, 19, of Tuxedo Park, was charged with petit larceny, a misdemeanor, after an investigation determined he was involved with the theft of a motor vehicle. He was released on his own recognizance. Robert Schuller, 37, of Warwick, was charged with operating a vehicle with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor, after being stopped at a safety and sobriety checkpoint. He was released on his own recognizance. Sept. 12 Victor Mocancela, 33, of Germantown, Md., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor, after a traffic stop. He was released on his own recognizance.
