Third time is the charm

Monroe — Jessica Schuh has donated her hair to Locks of Love, a non-profit organization providing hairpieces to financially disadvantaged children. This is Jessica’s third time and she plans to grow her hair back to donate again. Her haircut is courtesy of Kristine Andersen of By George II Salon in Monroe.
