July 18 Theodore W. Sabini, 20, of Haverstraw, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and driving while using a cell phone, an infraction. He was released on $200 bail. Michael R. Melder, 52, of Warwick, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and several vehicle and traffic violations. He was sent to Orange County Jail. A 19-year-old Highland Mills male was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released to a third party. July 19 Patricia A. O’Keefe, 51, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a felony because of a previous conviction. She was issued an appearance ticket. July 21 Judemyr Glemaud, 36, of Monroe, was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance. July 22 Kelly L. Anderson, 32, of Campbell Hall, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent, misdemeanors. She was released to a third party. July 23 Theresa Fields, 46, of Spring Valley, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. She was sent to Orange County Jail. Two 16-year-old New York City males were charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and issued appearance tickets. July 24 Oleg V. Rykow, 26, of Cornwall on Hudson, was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket. He was issued an appearance ticket. A 19-year-old Washingtonville male was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket. July 25 Abel Leon, 48, of Goshen, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.
