Barker, 53, of Goshen, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. He was sent to Orange County Jail. Nov. 26 A 17-year-old female from Fort Montgomery was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and issued an appearance ticket. Nov. 27 Patrick J. Finnegan, 27, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket. A 15-year-old male from Central Valley was charged with petty larceny and making graffiti, misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.
