MONROE — The Monroe Woodbury Pop Warner Junior Pee Wees defeated the Bees of Baldwinsville last weekend by a score of 13-0.
The Crusaders' win advances them into Round 2 of the Pop Warner Eastern Region Championships. Their next opponent will be the Brick City Lions of Newark, N.J.
The team has endured success on both sides of the ball during the playoffs and regional tournament.
However, the defense has been stellar. The MW JPW Crusaders have outscored their opponents 48-0 during post season.
