Elmer A. Dominguez Perez, 21, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.
Stetson L. Davis, 29, of Monroe, was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, misdemeanors. Davis was released on an appearance ticket.

Chisom C. Okoronko, 24, of Monroe, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.
An 18-year-old youth from Woodbury was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors, and released on an appearance ticket.
Steven D. Laskaris, 36, of Milford, Pa., was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.
Eddie Arroyo, 42, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated, felonies because of a previous conviction. He was issued an appearance ticket.

Adan Garcia, 37, of Newburgh, was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.
Kevin J. Mayer, 28, of Central Valley, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.

Marcus J. Lilly, 40, of Baltimore, Md., was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.
Miguel Roces, 30, of Monroe, was charged with assault with intent to cause physical injury with a weapon and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, misdemeanors. He was released on his own recognizance.
