Oct. 22

Mario G. Sasso, 65, of Monroe, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Nov. 2.

Oct. 24

Purviben Patel, 23, of Lake Hiawatha, N.J., was charged with leaving the scene of a property-damage auto accident, a violation, and released on an appearance ticket.

Oct. 28

Christopher G. Bice, 62, of Newburgh, was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated unlicensed operation, misdemeanors, and an open-container violation. He was released on an appearance ticket for Nov. 16.

Shafequa Guzman, 36, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated unlicensed operation, and driving with a suspended registration, misdemeanors. She was released on an appearance ticket for Nov. 16.

Oct. 20

Leslie P. Green, 42, of Staten Island, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony, and criminal possession of an anti-security item, a misdemeanor. Green was released on an appearance ticket.

Kevin E. Cerrato, 27, of Queens, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony, and released on an appearance ticket.

David Hernandez, 54, of New York City, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

Oct. 23

Ray Ortiz, 37, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.

Santiago A. Carvajal Rodriquez, 46, of Port Jervis, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child, a felony. He was released on an appearance ticket.

Mark A. Dickman, 31, of Campbell Hall, was charged with forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.

Remus F. Allen, 45, of Florida, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors.
