    Harriman Village Police

    May 13

    An 18-year-old male from Newburgh was charged with driving with ability impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for May 25.

    Monroe Village Police

    May 20

    Devin Albino, 25, of Broadalbin, was arrested on a warrant for petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and turned over to the Newburgh police department.

    Matthew Beadle, 31, of Highland Mills, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for June 15.

    May 21

    Bartolo Ramos, 51, of Monroe, was charged with an open-container violation, and released on an appearance ticket for June 15.

    Jose Sosa-Aguilar, 44, of Monroe, was charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. There was also a warrant for second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation from Monroe police. He was released on an appearance ticket for June 15.

    May 18

    Cesar L. Alvardo, 36, of Newark, N.J., was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

    May 13

    Dennis D. Belser, 35, of Stony Point, was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated, misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.

    May 14

    Alyssa Munoz, 20, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. She was released to a third party.

    May 16

    Tondeleyo K. Forbes, 36, of Middletown, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. She was released on an appearance ticket.

    May 18

    Jose Castillo, 68, of Newburgh, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.

    May 20

    Christopher D. Rockwell, 47, of Susquehanna, Pa., was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.
