    March 14

    Anthony Lange, 52, of Monroe, was charged with driving with ability impaired by drugs and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket for April 6.

    A 66-year-old homeless man was arrested on a warrant for disorderly conduct and an open-container violation. He was released on an appearance ticket for March 16.

    Keyley Gomez-Soriano, 35, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. She was released on an appearance ticket for March 30.

    Richard Figueroa, 33, of Ellenville, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for April 6.

    Mazharia Iqbal-Granela, 20, of Central Valley, was charged with driving with ability impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for April 6.

    Carlos Salazar Medranda, 66, of the Bronx, was charged with petty larceny and criminal possession of stolen property, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket for April 6.

    Luis Rodriguez, 20, of Monroe, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for April 6.

    Jeremy Conklin, 34, of Monroe, was charged with petty larceny and criminal possession of stolen property, misdemeanors, and released on an appearance ticket for April 6.

    Vitalii Datsyshyn, 32, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated with a child under 16, a felony, and driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for April 6.

    March 11

    David G. Reinoso, 43, of Suffern, who is a New York City teacher in Jackson Heights, Queens, was arrested on a warrant from the town of Blooming Grove Court for having sexual contact with a minor under 13. He was charged with first-degree sexual abuse, a felony, and endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor. He was arraigned in Newburgh City Court and sent to Orange County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail, $15,000 bond, and $30,000 partially secured bond. A full stay-away, temporary order of protection was issued on behalf of the victim.

    Matthew Gallagher, 33, of Walden, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released to a third party.

    March 15

    An 18-year-old male from the Bronx was charged with two counts of second-degree possession of a forged instrument, a felony, and second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, a misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.

    March 19

    Trillian S. Rapelye, 26, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. She was released to a third party.

    Luiza C. Greve, 27, of Florida, was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated, misdemeanors. She was released to a third party.
