    Samson S. Vunyazong, 39, of Peekskill, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket for Feb. 2.

    Milton F. Garcia-Compos, 51, of Monroe, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was released on an appearance ticket for Feb. 23.
