Dec. 15
Byron Lopez-Torrez, 37, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08% or more, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket for Jan. 3.

Melany Ramos-Canaza, 20, of Carteret, NJ, was charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument and tampering with physical evidence, felonies. She was released on an appearance ticket for Jan. 17.

Harold Molina Acosta, 34, of Monroe, was charged with two counts of driving while intoxicated with a child under 16, a felony, and driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. He was released on an appearance ticket for Jan. 3.
Heriberto Gonzalezgomez, 33, of Poughkeepsie, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Jan. 3.

Henry Santos-Gonzalez, 28, of Monroe, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Jan. 3.
Marcelino Constanza, 63, of New York City, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08% or more, misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket for Jan. 3.

Trevor Hill, 40, of Mount Tremper, was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood-alcohol level of .08% or more, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket for Jan. 17.

Shawn Golembreski, 34, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor, and second-degree harassment, a violation. He was released on an appearance ticket for Jan. 17.

He was released on an appearance ticket.
Jose S. Ramosdiaz, 36, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released to a third party.
