    Sept. 26

    Daniel Morris, 28, of Stony Point was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Jordan Sloboda, 35, of Highland Mills was charged with first-degree unlawfully dealing with a child, a misdemeanor, and prohibited sale of alcohol to a minor, a violation. He was released on an appearance ticket for Oct. 18.

    Christopher Matos, 24, of Monroe, was charged with first-degree unlawfully dealing with a child and prohibited sale of alcohol to a minor, a violation. He was released on an appearance ticket for Oct. 18.

    Tracy Oslacky, 59, of Tuxedo, was charged with first-degree unlawfully dealing with a child and prohibited sale of alcohol to a minor, a violation. She was released on an appearance ticket for Oct. 18.

    Sept. 30

    Three males from Monroe, ages 68, 30, and 31, were charged with open-container violations and released on appearance tickets for Oct. 18.

    Oct. 2

    Teresa Ramos, 31, of Monroe was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor, and second-degree harassment, a violation. She was released on an appearance ticket for Oct. 18.

    Cassandra Sit, 33, of Monroe was charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a felony, and released on an appearance ticket for Nov. 1.

    Three males from Monroe, ages 33, 31, and 36, were charged with open-container violations and released on appearance tickets for Oct. 18.

    Jeffery Jacobsen, 54, of Monroe was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Oct. 18.

    Oct. 4

    Three males from Monroe, ages 37, 26, and 44, were charged with an open-container violation, and released on appearance tickets for Oct. 18 and Nov. 1.

    Shawn Danwagner, 33, of Wurtsboro, was charged with third-degree attempted assault, a misdemeanor, and second-degree harassment, a violation. He was released on an appearance ticket for Oct. 18.

    Santos Gonzalez-Vasquez, 29, of Monroe, was charged with second-degree criminal trespassing, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Oct. 18.

    Oct. 6

    Henry Alvarado-Castillo, 32, of Monroe was arrested on a warrant for driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Oct. 18.

    Charles E. Fuller Jr., 29, of Hempstead was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony, and obstruction of governmental administration, a misdemeanor. He was released on an appearance ticket.

    Reyson Peltroche Sanchez, 28, of Carteret, NJ, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a misdemeanor. He was released on an appearance ticket.

    Melany Ramos Canaza, 20, of Manassas, Virginia, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Katie A. Bushell, 41, of Port Chester was charged with two counts of fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Sept. 27

    Philip Kim, 40, of Bloomingburg was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08% or more, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.

    Oct. 2

    Stephen E. Berry, 61, of Central Valley was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Oct. 4

    Frank E. Mazzola, 36, of Hopewell Junction was charged with three counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. He was released on an appearance ticket.

    Thomas Martinez, 39, of Newburgh was charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. He was released on an appearance ticket.

    Oct. 5

    Travis M. Stuart, 40, of Monroe was charged with third-degree menacing, fourth-degree criminal mischief, and second-degree contempt, misdemeanors. He was sent to Orange County Jail.
