    Paul A. Torres Marquez, 23, of Monroe was arrested on four warrants for second-degree menacing as a hate crime, a felony, aggravated driving while intoxicated, third-degree assault, and second-degree unlawful imprisonment, misdemeanors. He was sent to Orange County Jail.

    Feb. 3

    Quamir Freeman, 26, of Newark, N.J., was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and an open-container violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for Feb. 15.

    Feb. 5

    A 34-year-old Harriman man was charged with trespassing, a violation, and released on an appearance ticket for Feb. 15. He was arrested again on Feb. 8 for the same charge.

    Feb. 6

    Ardijane Gjonbalaj, 43, of Monroe, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Feb. 15.

    Josue Gonzalez Gonzalez, 29, of Monroe, was charged with second-degree assault, third-degree robbery, felonies, and endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor. He was sent to Orange County Jail.

    Feb. 8

    Dwayne Johnson, 39, of Chester, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for March 1.
