Christine Sansone-Mulligan, 45, of New Rochelle, was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for April 20.
Michael Ruiz, 49, of Harriman, was charged with falsely reporting an incident and offering a false instrument for filing, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket for May 18.
