    Aug. 24 • Yanina Fedyakova, 24, of Reed Road, Monroe, was charged with second-degree unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. She was released pending a Sept. 22 court appearance. Aug. 25 • A 17-year-old Highland Mills male was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a misdemeanor. He was released on $100 bail pending a Sept. 5 court appearance. Aug. 26 • Kathryn Collins, 40, of East Main Street, Washingtonville, was charged with driving with ability impaired, a misdemeanor. She was released to appear in town court on Sept. 5. Aug. 28 • Peter Maridau, 26, of Tappan, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and driving without a license, misdemeanors. He was released pending a Sept. 12 court appearance. • Anthony Dispoto, 38, of Union Corners Road, Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in town court on Sept. 12. • Anthony Smith, 20, of Woodycrest Trail, Monroe, was charged with second-degree harassment, a violation, fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree reckless endangerment, misdemeanors. He was sent to Orange County Jail in lieu of $500 bail pending a Sept. 5 court appearance. Aug. 30 • Brandon Masker, 24, of Newport Bridge Road, Warwick, turned himself in on a warrant for a charge of driving with ability impaired, a misdemeanor. He was released on $260 bail pending a Sept. 4 court appearance. • Anissa Jones, 40, of Catherine Court, Chester, was charged with driving while intoxicated and third-degree assault, misdemeanors. She was released to appear in town court on Sept. 5. Aug. 31 • Adonis Antonick, 20, of Waldwick, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was released pending a Sept. 26 court appearance. Harriman Village Police Aug. 27 • A 19-year-old Highland Mills male was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree possession of a forged instrument, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in village court on Sept. 20. • A 19-year-old male from Valley Cottage was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was released pending a Sept. 20 court appearance. Tuxedo Town Police Aug. 30 • Jennifer Latzko, 23, of Saratoga Springs, was charged with operating with a suspended license and registration, both misdemeanors. She was released for a Sept. 27 court appearance. Aug. 31 • Joseph Lorenz, 34, of Mahwah, N.J., was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator, an infraction. He was released for a Sept. 27 court appearance. • Travis Conklin, 18, of Eagle Valley Road, Tuxedo, was charged with driving while intoxicated and reckless driving, both misdemeanors. He was released for a Sept. 11 court date. Sept. 1 • Brian Mitchell, 27, of Route 17B, Tuxedo, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator, a misdemeanor. He was released for a Sept. 27 court date. • The following individuals were all arrested for unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation: Nicholas Call, 20, of Stony Point; Vincent Berlingeri, 20, of Nyack; Ian Fierman, 18, of South Nyack; and Dominic Berlingeri, 18, of Nyack. All were released for Sept. 27 court appearance. Sept. 2 • David Weber, 25, of Mastic was charged with operating with a suspended license and registration, both misdemeanors. He was released for a Sept. 27 court appearance. • Latasha Baker, 20, of Windsor Road, Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. She was released for a Sept. 27 court appearance. • Kevin Ross, 41, of Cullum Road, West Point, was charged with operating with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor. He was released for a Sept. 27 court appearance. Woodbury Town Police Aug. 26 • John Andrews, 40, of Rochelle Park, N.J. was charged with third-degree criminal trespassing, a misdemeanor. He was released pending a future court appearance. Aug. 28 • Cole Bice, 41, of Harriman, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a hypodermic needle, misdemeanors. He was released. Aug. 29 • Jimmy Beauvais, 21, of Highland Mills, was arrested on a New York State parole warrant and turned over to the Orange County Sheriff’s Department. Aug. 30 • Joseph Vega, 26, of Woodstown, N.J., was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor. He was remanded to Orange County Jail pending a future court appearance. Aug. 31 • An 18-year-old female from Central Islip, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. She was released pending a future court appearance. • Anthony Cadogan, 20, of Monroe, was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a misdemeanor. He was released pending a future court appearance. • Alexander Deinno, 21, of Queens, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. He was released pending a future court appearance. • Five people were charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. They were released pending future court appearances.
