Feb. 28 A 16-year-old Monroe female was charged with disorderly conduct, a violation. She was released to appear in Town Court on March 15. March 2 Patricia Thorn, 37, of Mary Drive, Bloomingburg, was charged with third-degree unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. She was released pending a March 14 court appearance. Ricardo Morales, 34, of Lake Street, Monroe, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was released on $100 bail pending a March 15 court appearance. March 3 An 18-year-old Monroe male was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and operating an uninsured, unregistered motor vehicle, misdemeanors. He was released on $100 bail pending a March 22 court appearance. Harriman Police Feb. 27 A 19-year-old Harriman male was charged with making graffiti and possession of graffiti instruments, misdemeanors. He was remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail pending a Mar. 16 court appearance. Feb. 28 Valerie M. Paul, 29, of Scarborough Place, Harriman, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. She was released to appear in Village Court on March 16. March 2 Michael A. Leach, 38, of Old Mill Road, Southfields, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in Village Court on March 16.
