Woodbury collect e-waste on Oct. 19-20

HIGHLAND MILLS — The Town of Woodbury is again hosting electronic collection days for all businesses and residents in the town in October.
The program takes place at the Town Highway Garage, located at County Route 105 in Highland Mills.

Friday, Oct. 19, has been designated for business collection from 2 to 5 p.m.

All businesses must call 845-858-8809 prior to October 19th to register and complete a Form C-7 with the carter.

Saturday, Oct. 20, has been designated for residential e-waste collection from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The following items will be accepted:

TV’s, CPU’s, Monitors, lap tops, printers, copiers, fax machines, scanners, keyboards, mice, cell phones, VCR’s CD players, modems, stereos, speakers, radios, telephones, typewriters, batteries, microwaves and game consoles.
Air conditioners, dehumidifiers, refrigerators and freezers also will be accepted for a $20 fee each.
