Schools to close Nov. 6 and 12

CENTRAL VALLEY — The following is a list of upcoming events, meetings and scheduling within the Monroe-Woodbury School District:
• High School Fall Drama Production of “Mutually Assured Destruction” will be performed on Friday, Nov. 2, at p.m., and on Saturday, Nov. 3, at 7 p.m.
• Schools will be closed Tuesday, Nov. 6, for Superintendent’s Conference Day.
• Central Valley PTA will meet Wednesday, Nov. 7, at 10 a.m.
• Smith Clove PTA will meet Thursday, Nov. 8, at 9:30 a.m.
• Sapphire PTA will meet Thursday, Nov. 8, at 10 a.m.
• North Main PTA will meet Thursday, Nov. 8, at 6:30 p.m.
• Pine Tree PTA will meet Thursday, Nov. 8, at 7 p.m.
• The High School Wind Ensemble, Chamber Orchestra and Voice Ensemble will perform on Thursday, Nov. 8, at 7 p.m.
• Schools will be closed Monday, Nov. 12, in observance of Veterans Day.
