Outages change polling locations

GOSHEN — The Orange County Board of Elections will change polling locations this Election Day on Tuesday, Nov. 6, because of ongoing power outages in the area.
Voters who vote at the Pine Tree Elementary School, Districts 8 and 21 in Monroe, will vote at the Monroe Senior Center, 105 Mine Rd., Monroe.
Voters who vote at the Sanfordville Elementary School, District 17 and 30 in the Town of Warwick, will vote at Warwick Middle School, 225 West St., Warwick.
These changes are permanent for Tuesday, even if power service is returned to these areas before then.
Anyone who cannot get to the new polling sites on Tuesday are encouraged to come to the Board of Elections at 25 Court Lane in Goshen on Saturday, Nov. 3, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.; or on Monday, Nov. 5, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
