Muddled, shaken, stirred

WARWICK — The Warwick Valley Winery and Distillery will host "Muddled, Shaken, Stirred," a hands-on cocktail seminar and dinner on Friday, April 13, from 7 to 9 p.m.
Attendees will learn some cocktail history and the basics of how to execute four classic cocktails. All participants will use their new skills to make themselves their own cocktails.
The evening will be lead by Richard Scoffier, a seasoned bartender with years of experience at cocktail bars throughout New York. He currently operates and mixes cocktails at the Black Dirt Bourbon Barn in the Woodbury Common Premium Outlets.
In addition to making their own craft cocktails, participants will enjoy an interesting and special dinner prepared by the Winery Cafe.
