Deedra Adipietro, owner of the Testa Bella Salon in Southfields, in the Town of Tuxedo, cuts 12 inches of hair off Dawn Anderson of Pine Bush, who has donated it to Locks-of-Love, which uses donated hair to create wigs for those in need.
