Feb. 17 Christopher B. Rosalak, 32, of Giavanni Court, Monroe, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in Village Court on March 16. Monroe Police Feb. 19 An 18-year-old Monroe male was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in Town Court on March 8. Feb. 21 A 19-year-old Harriman male was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was released pending a future court appearance. Feb. 25 Clayton Jones, 32, of Sunset Trail, Monroe, and James Bawn, 22, of Pioneer Trail, Monroe, were charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. They were turned over to Town of Blooming Grove Police, who also had charges against them. They were remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail pending a future court date. Omar Pienkiewicz, 27, of Stone Street, Newark, N.J., was arrested on a warrant for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. He was turned over to the Blooming Grove Police Department. Feb. 27 Anthony J. Pellicia, 28, of North Carpenter Avenue, Newburgh, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. He was released pending a future court appearance. Emanuel Tarazi, 54, of Bellvale Lakes Road, Warwick, was charged with obstruction of governmental administration, resisting arrest, misdemeanors, and operating an uninsured and unregistered motor vehicle, violations. He was released to appear in Town Court on March 15. Feb. 28 A 17-year-old Monroe male was charged with second-degree burglary, fourth-degree grand larceny, felonies, and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, misdemeanors. He was remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail pending a March 1 court appearance. A 16-year-old Monroe female was charged with disorderly conduct, a violation. She was released to appear in Town Court on March 15. Tuxedo Police Feb. 24 William Searing, 49, of 18 Half Hollow Turn, Monroe, charged with driving with a suspended license, a misdemeanor. He was released for a March 31 court appearance. Robert E. Lee, 57, of 1908 Greenwood Lake Turnpike, Hewitt, N.J., was charged with driving with a suspended license, a misdemeanor. He was released on $25 bail for a March 8 court appearance. Feb. 25 Raymond Finnegan, 20, of 35 Lackawanna Trail, Suffern, was chargedd with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was released to his parent for a Marcn 8 court appearance. Feb. 28 Patrick McMahon, 44, of 12 Kearney Ave., Harriman, was charged with driving with a suspended license, a misdemeanor. He was released for a March 8 court appearance.
