Curtis Van Ness completes basic training

Air National Guard Airman Curtis G. Van Ness graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas. He completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills. His parents are Peggy Van Ness of Central Valley and Gregory Van Ness of Monroe. He is a 2005 graduate of Monroe-Woodbury High School.
