Allen to appear at Tuxedo Library Program

Barbara Allen, author of “Front Toward Enemy,” will appear at the Tuxedo Park Library’s Authors’ Circle meeting on Thursday, Jan. 20, at 7 p.m. Allen, a slain soldier’s widow, details her husband’s murder and how the military courts allowed the killer to escape justice.
