Marian Claire (Barton) Donnelly

Marian Claire (Barton) Donnelly of Norwood, Mass., and Chester died on Friday, Sept. 17, 2010. She was the wife of the late Landy Francis Donnelly; mother of Christine Donnelly of New York, N.Y., and her partner, Bernard Gallagher of Pearl River, N.Y., Daniel Donnelly and his wife, Jean Higgins, of Rochester, Mary Lou Lewis and her husband, James Lewis of Chester, John Donnelly and his wife, June Donnelly of Castro Valley, Calif., and Caroline Donnelly and her husband, Laurence Reid of Bedford; grandmother of Jill Donnelly of Los Angeles, Michael Donnelly of Washington, D.C., Jasmine Donnelly and Conor Donnelly of Castro Valley, Calif., Patrick Donnelly of Worcester, Mass., Adam Reid of Bedford, Mass., Noelle Donnelly of Castro Valley, Calif., Jack Reid of Bedford, Mass., and Catherine Gallagher of Pearl River, N.Y., and many nieces and nephews. She was a graduate of Lowell State Teachers’ College and a fourth-grade teacher at St. Catherine of Siena School, Norwood, Mass., for many years. Visitation and funeral services were held at the Gillooly Funeral Home, Norwood, Mass., on Sept. 21, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Catherine Church of Siena Church, Norwood, Mass. Interment was in Knollwood Memorial Park, Canton, Mass.
