Hillary Stuchin and James Skoufis to marry

WOODBURY — Steven and Pamela Stuchin joyfully announce the engagement of their daughter, Hillary, to James Skoufis, the son of George Skoufis and Donna Colombo.
James proposed to Hillary earlier this summer.
Hillary is a graduate of Horace Mann School, earned her bachelor's degree from Washington University in St. Louis and master's degree in urban planning from NYU.
She works at UJA-Federation of New York.
James is a graduate of Monroe-Woodbury High School, earned his bachelor's degree from The George Washington University and master's degree in political science from Columbia University.
He represents the 99th District in the New York State Assembly.
The couple is happily planning a spring 2017 wedding.
