Amanda Rothenhaus and Ian Preikschat to wed in December in Montego Bay

MONROE — Lillian and Michael Rothenhaus of Monroe are delighted to announce the engagement of their daughter Amanda to Ian Preikschat, the son of Rosemary and Ekhard Preikschat of Redmond, Washington.

Amanda is a 2003 graduate of Monroe-Woodbury High School and received her Bachelor’s Degree from Indiana University and then earned her Master's Degree in Communication Science and Disorders from the University of Pittsburgh in 2007.

She is a speech-language pathologist at Kaiser Permanente Santa Clara Medical Center.

Ian is a 2003 graduate of Pomona College in Claremont, California, and earned his bachelor's degree in Economics.

He is employed by Pandora in Oakland, California, as a Senior Manager, Sales Compensation.

The couple resides in Burlingame, California.

A December 2015 wedding is planned in Montego Bay, Jamaica.
