Greenwood Lake The Green Thumb garden series will feature “Roses,” with Cornell Cooperative Extension of Orange County Master Gardeners, on Tuesday, May 31, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., at the Greenwood Lake Public Library. The master gardeners will teach participants about the many different types of roses available, their culture, and their care at this floral gardening presentation. The presentation will include information about common pests and diseases. Registration is required for this free adult program, either in person or by telephone at 477-8377, ext. 101.
