Kiwanis, Chester Presbyterian Church serving fish and chips dinner

Chester — The Chester Kiwanis Club and Chester Presbyterian Church will host a fish and chips dinner at the church, 94 Main Street in Chester on Saturday, Sept. 18 with continuous servings from 4 to 7 p.m. Tickets are $14 for adults, $12 for seniors (65+) and $6 for children (under 12).
