Amtique appraisal day is upcoming

    Goshen-The Friends of Hill-Hold and Brick House will sponsor an antiques appraisal day from 12 noon to 4 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 21, at the Hill-Hold Museum, located on Rt. 416 between Goshen and Montgomery. Mark Vail of Mark Vail Auction Company and Lou Roberson of Roberson's Auctions, both of Pine Bush, will identify and appraise antiques, collectibles, china, furniture, and other items. Participants may bring in the items or photographs of large, hard-to-move objects they want appraised. The donation fee per item is $3.Refreshments will be available for sale. The Orange County Department of Parks, Recreation and Conservation, aided by a volunteer organization, the Friends of Hill-Hold and Brick House museums, operate the Hill-Hold Museum.
