A performance of “Alice & Wonderland” will take place at the Lycian Centre for the Performing Arts in Sugar Loaf on Saturday, Nov. 13 at 7 p.m. Presented in the style of the Who’s “Tommy,” the show — a rock opera — introduces Carroll’s characters: Cheshire Cat, Humpty Dumpty, Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum, the Mad Hatter, and the White Rabbit, through high-energy song and dance. Theater officials said this one hour production will be especially exciting for teens and tweens. This show is produced by Magik Theatre, where “imagination is education.” Since 1994, Magik has played to over 1.3 million people, with a mission to promote theater and literacy. Tickets can be purchased by calling 469-2287.
