'Who hurts me the most?'

As a middle class independent citizen and voter, I ask myself when I vote for a candidate: "Do I expect that person to take an oath to support and uphold The Constitution of the United States?" I do. Do I expect that person to take an oath to support Grover Norquist and his Americans for Tax Reform organization? I do not. I do not live in a society in which our representatives swear an oath to a self-appointed dictator. As a taxpaying citizen, I ask myself who hurts me the most: Bruce and Larry who get married or the leaders of parasitic communities that scam the system under the guise of religion. The sad part is that politicians on both sides are bought and have as their main concern to become re-elected. Only a revolutionary third party truly representing the vast majority of people will overcome these ever expanding flaws in our system. Some will write in and say I should emigrate if I am unhappy. To those I say look at history and the fall of empires in which the haves and have nots have wider and wider margins. The idea here is "to form a more perfect union." Sound familiar?
