Residents and businesses made PBA toy drive successful

The Monroe Police/PBA annual toy drive was once again a success, thanks to the generosity of the residents and businesses in the area. Hundreds of gifts were collected and given out to dozens of local families in need. As in the past, a few of the families that donated toys were past recipients who remembered that the community was there for them in their time of need and were happy that they could now help a family who is in need. On behalf of the recipients of the toys, they wanted me to pass along a heartfelt thank you to everyone who donated and made their child’s Christmas a little brighter.
