Management skills are important in running a highway department

When the Town of Woodbury needed an individual to step up and run the Highway Department, they chose Rob Weyant. It turned out to be an excellent choice because of Rob’s 16 years of highway experience together with his ability to manage personnel and organize work schedules. While Rob was acting foreman from February to August 2010, the Highway Department’s productivity improved immensely, despite a 30 percent staff reduction due to work-related injuries. Rob accomplished more with less and increased the level of service simply by hands on management of available resources. Rob has proven he is the right person for the job of Superintendent of Highways. Debbie DeMeza Central Valley
