    The Woodbury Republican Committee is proud to have endorsed the following candidates for the November 3, 2020 election:

    Donald J. Trump for President;

    Michael Pence for Vice-President;

    Chele Farley, U.S. House of Representatives, New York’s 18th Congressional District;

    L. Stephen Brescia, New York State Senate representing District 39;

    Colin Schmitt, Assemblyman for the 99th NYS Assembly District;

    Hyun Chin Kim for Orange County Court Judge;

    Carol Klein for Family Court Judge;

    David Hasin for NY State Supreme Court Justice; and

    Andrew Giacomazza and Jesus Gomez for Village of Woodbury, Trustees.

    Republicans currently do not have power to stop anything that happens in Albany. The one-party rule of Albany Democrats has given the New York Governor a blank check to do whatever he wants.

    They enacted the catastrophic bail reform bill last year as part of the 2020 budget, without any Republican input.

    In March 2020 they were forced to make changes after it proved to be a flawed law with many innocent citizens injured or killed by the release of these alleged criminals. The law was passed in 2019 and took away a judge’s discretion on holding arrestees on bail for more than 400 different offenses and to walk free without offering so much as a dime to ensure their return to court.

    One-party rule in New York State has been a disaster. Now is the time to undo the damage and vote the Democrats in Albany and Washington out of office.
