Support Mayor Jim Purcell for re-election

Fellow citizens,
On Tuesday, March 20th, you will be asked once again to exercise your right to vote. I am encouraging you to support Mayor Jim Purcell in his bid for re-election.
I have known Jim for many years. Time and time again we have sat down to discuss issues in the greater Monroe community that have directly impacted the quality of life for Village of Monroe residents.
Whether it is storm recovery, economic development, funding infrastructure improvement or most importantly constituent services, Jim has always fought for the people of Monroe.
Jim does not care about what political party you belong to; he is an independent thinker and a tireless advocate those he represents.
Without Jim’s advocacy, nearly half a million dollars in infrastructure funding would never have been awarded to the Village of Monroe to address serious infrastructure projects.
I believe Mayor Jim Purcell has and will continue to work for the betterment of the Village of Monroe. Under his leadership he will maintain fiscal responsibility while navigating through new challenges.
For all of these reasons and more I ask you, once again, to vote for Jim Purcell as your Village of Monroe Mayor.
