We are excited to announce that along with preserving Rest Haven with its future use as a Country Inn and Pine Crest Bungalow Colony with its historical rentals, we have taken control of the Island on Round Lake. The agreement is that the Island will remain strictly used as is for agricultural use as per by Town of Monroe zoning permitted use. Both properties date back to the early 1900s.
There is absolutely no intent to build on the property. It will remain as is.
Preserving Monroe one property at a time where our government cannot for the last 10 years.
