Irene Conklin ‘is a doer, not a talker’

| 28 Feb 2012 | 01:35

I am writing in support of Irene Conklin for the position of Village Trustee for the Village of Monroe. I have known Irene for more than 15 years and she has always been a hard working and honest person who has always put others before herself.

Irene is running for trustee for all the right reasons, not for self gratitude or as a stepping stone for a career in politics. Her intentions are to make our community better.

Irene is a lifelong resident of the Village of Monroe and she has a passion for her community. This passion is what we need on the board to help make the right decisions and to be fiscally responsible.

Irene is a doer, not a talker. If you are like me and want someone who is truly dedicated, honest, hard working and reliable, then vote for Irene Conklin on March 20.
