'A job better than well done'

I had occasion to drive through the Village of Monroe Sunday morning after the Founders Day Celebration. The mess that a function of this type normally leaves was no where to be seen.
The village was spotless.
The highway department and the whole team involved in the cleanup must be congratulated on a job better than well done. Thanks.
