Woodbury Park and Rec host annual holiday party

Highland Mills — The Woodbury Parks and Recreation Commissioners hosted their annual kids’ holiday party on Saturday, Dec. 10, at the Woodbury Senior Center in Highland Mills. The children were able to make and decorate Christmas ornaments, sing and dance to music by DJ Bruce Perone, sit on Santa’s lap to tell him what they wanted for Christmas, listen to Santa’s reading of “The Night Before Christmas” and fill their tummies with sweet goodies. Everyone went home happy, counting the days till Santa comes to their house. The Parks Commissioners would like to thank all the volunteers who helped to make this year’s party a success.
