Women of Woodbury award 3 scholarships

WOODBURY-Three $500 scholarships were awarded by the Women of Woodbury during their awards dinner June 15. Laura Tipaldo received the Suzanne M. Busch scholarship given to a dependent of a current W.O.W. member. She is a 2004 graduate of Monroe Woodbury High School and will be attending Parson's School of Design. Alyson Westervelt, 21, of Central Valley received the scholarship for a female resident of Woodbury. She received a degree from Rockland County Community College and will study for an education degree at SUNY-New Paltz. Dawn Kassirer received a W.O.W. scholarship for a graduation senior.
